Web Hosting & Automated Lead Notification Agreement

Provider: Boykin Marketing Group LLC

1. Scope of Managed Services

Boykin Marketing Group LLC (“Provider”) provides managed web infrastructure, maintenance, and real-time operational lead dispatch systems for the Client:

  • Web Hosting & Edge Infrastructure: Fast, secure static hosting, SSL certificate lifecycle management, continuous uptime monitoring, and DNS configuration.
  • Website Contact Form Ingestion: Integration of high-conversion lead capture forms equipped with server-side spam mitigation (Cloudflare Turnstile, cryptographic honeypots, and submission velocity thresholds).
  • Automated Parallel Dispatch: Immediate routing of inbound consumer inquiries via parallel serverless execution—formatted HTML email notification and SMS operational alerts.
  • Lead Archive & Portal Access: Secure, 24/7 web access to the Client’s central lead repository and historical ledger, including status management and CSV export capabilities.

2. Operational SMS Notifications & Carrier Compliance (Twilio / A2P)

To ensure compliance with telecommunications carrier standards and Twilio Toll-Free Verification (TFV) requirements, the parties agree to the following messaging framework:

  • Originating Toll-Free Line: All programmatic SMS lead alerts originate strictly from Provider’s dedicated verified toll-free number (provided to the Client at activation; not published on this page).
  • Use-Case Classification: Messages are strictly categorized as Internal Operational Notifications / Delivery Alerts. Outbound messages are transactional business alerts triggered only by an end-consumer form submission on the Client’s website.
  • No Unsolicited / Consumer Marketing: This system does not broadcast bulk marketing campaigns, sales promotions, cold outbound blasts, or consumer-facing texts.
  • Express Opt-In & Consent: By completing the signup form below and providing the Designated Mobile Phone, the Client explicitly opts in and consents to receive automated administrative SMS alerts from Provider regarding operational inquiries and web leads.

  • Opt-Out & Assistance: Reply STOP to the program’s toll-free number to revoke consent. Reply HELP for help, or use the website contact form. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on website visitor inquiry volume.

3. Service Fees & Payment Terms

  • Recurring Monthly Service Fee: $300.00 USD / month, billed every 30 days via automatic credit card charge or ACH (billing activation follows this signup).
  • Inclusions: Edge hosting, continuous form maintenance, toll-free number lease, automated SMS alert routing, transactional email routing, and continuous portal database access.
  • Term & Cancellation: Month-to-month; either party may cancel with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
